I have lots of hands on experience caring for newborns, toddlers, multiples, children with additional needs as well as school aged children and teenagers. I enjoy working with children of all ages providing hands on, fun and creative child care. I have lots of newborn and young baby experience from my full time positions but also from volunteering with Twins Trust as well as night nannying. Amber
Norland Student, Set 45
Bath
Hello! My name is Amber and I am in my third year at Norland! Before coming to Norland I studied childcare for 2 years and am level three qualified. I worked as a room leader in baby room, pre-school room and as a practitioner in a toddler room! This has given me opportunities to work within different work environments as well as working with children with different abilities. I am very friendly and flexible and always keen to learn new skills. I am from London and come from a very diverse family and love spending time outdoors. After university, I hope to use my studies to work with SEND children in order to support parents and children!
Louisa
Norlander, Set 24
London
Hello, I’m Louisa. I’m a mum of two fantastic children; Millie 12, Milo 14 and married to my husband Dan. I trained at Norland College and qualified in 2004 with distinction. I have since gained 20+ years of continuous childcare and parenting experience. I’ve nannied for high profile families and traveled all over the world as well as families based in London and bringing up our own two children. I’m kind, caring, honest, good fun and active. I love creative arts, crafts and baking, outdoor activities and music. My friends would describe me as fun, loyal, dependable and organised. We live close to Wimbledon, so easy for me to travel to central London or Surrey based positions. We have a dog called Sydney, so I’m very comfortable around family pets. I’ve recently updated my 12 hour paediatric first aid course (May 23) as well as an up-to-date DBS check (May 23). Marvellous babysitting has been a wonderful opportunity for me to meet some really lovely families. Who I now regularly nanny for through the app. Whether it’s for an evening or daytime position, advice given when asked for or proxy parented whilst the parents have been abroad. Many thanks for considering me to look after your precious children.
Georgia-May

London
Hello, I am Georgia-May. I’m a member of set 40 who loves baking, reading and music. I have recently completed a master’s at UCL’s Institute of Education in Social Justice and Education. I currently work for the National Children's Bureau in their Early Childhood Unit supporting the roll out of a national early years programme. My previous role was in an early intervention charity based in Lambeth for children 0-3 where I organised community events to get families engaged in our services. I started off nannying and have worked as a nanny in London since 2019 which I loved! The nature of my current work allows me to have flexibility around additional hours and babysitting.

Norlander, Set 35
London
Fully qualified Norland Nanny, graduated in 2015. I achieved my BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies whilst at Norland College. I am fortunate to have found my calling in life, childcare. I am passionate about caring for children and assisting them in growing up to be as happy as possible. I believe that humans are shaped by childhood and that we all have an undeniable responsibility to do our best to facilitate this journey. My belief is that in order to be happy, children need to learn responsibility and have firm, loving structures around them. My childcare philosophy and practice is formed and guided by these beliefs. I have a specific interest in children with disabilities and have experience working with extreme, life threatening disability. I have much experience of city life and the challenges that this can pose to children growing up. I am also able to work effectively with all age groups. My significant personality characteristics are initiative, discretion and integrity.
